Welcome to Villa Del Faro Bed & Breakfast
An Elegant Boutique Eco Hotel on Baja's East Cape
Imagine being in the middle of nowhere, in the lap of luxury, with spectacular sunrises and only the sounds of birds, palms, and rolling surf. And it’s all eco-friendly.
Each accommodation is a separate, comfortable, private house – a casita – with individual patios, views of the gardens, fountains, and ocean, with thoughtful amenities in all. Each one is unique, full of handcrafted Mexican furnishings and art.
Villa del Faro is an hour from the Los Cabos airport via dirt road, but is a world away in seclusion and serenity. This is a paradise for snorkeling, surfing, fishing, diving, hiking, and walking for miles on an empty beach where the only footprints could be your own. It’s also a perfect place for relaxing with a book, quiet afternoon siestas, and gazing at a resplendent night sky.
WE ARE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!
Because of the new restrictions in place for Covid-19 we want to reiterate that each Casita is separate, with its own terrace or patio. There is no problem with social distancing as the place is large with many private spaces for enjoying a cocktail or meditating on the view. Complimentary breakfast can be served on your own private terrace. Or guests can be served in secluded areas of the grand terrace by the pool or on the upper terrace overlooking the ocean within sight of other guests but apart. Dinner can be served on request in any of these areas as well. And we have a full bar and extensive wine list.
We have extreme precautions in place for cleaning and disinfecting. Masks are required only in the areas where you might run into staff or other guests.
This is a place for a marvelous, safe, secluded adventure. And the Margaritas are the best in Mexico, without a doubt!
The hotel is completely off the grid, but never out of touch, with wifi available in designated areas. Families with children are welcome.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
PLEASE ASK ABOUT PETS.
PLEASE NOTE: Until further notice, an SUV is best to navigate the dirt roads, although 4-wheel drive is not necessary. Driving the dirt roads at night is not recommended. And please use the roads we advise when you reserve. Google Maps may not be reliable due to changing road conditions. And while certain parts of Mexico are under travel advisories, Southern Baja is known for being safe, and our guests have experienced no issues. The dirt road to Villa del Faro is a fun adventure, just watch out for cows.
