Dining at the Villa del Faro Restaurant and Bar

The restaurant is surrounded by lush gardens and is for the exclusive use of hotel guests. The ocean view is stunning and there is seating outside where you can watch the sunset while enjoying an evening drink, or simply sit and watch the sea change colors. A few steps away is a lovely private sitting area surrounding a classic fountain, often visited by hummingbirds and Orioles.
A full breakfast is included with all rentals at Villa del Faro and is served at 9:00am daily. Our elegant breakfasts are generous and we always ensure to use local, fresh ingredients that are available and in season.
Each evening our full bar opens at 5:00pm which includes an extensive wine list as well as our famous signature cocktails and margaritas! If you wish to have drinks earlier in the afternoon, we can make arrangements to meet your needs.
Table d’hote dinners are available upon request and are served at about 7:00pm. Dinners are selected nightly from a wide repertoire of traditional Mexican, international and original recipes. Closed Wednesdays.
Whenever possible we purchase organic produce, chickens, and eggs from local farmers, and fish caught right here in the Sea of Cortez. Please let us know if you have particular dietary needs or restrictions, as well as any special preferences or requests.
