Casa Alberca

Casa Alberca (See slide show below) is a unique 1,725 square foot private villa built by artisans.

. The “ Pool House” or Casa Alberca is a huge Palapa, with a living room, kitchen, full bath, two showers, opening to the 55 foot pool and fountains and gardens .There is a large separate bedroom and bath, French doors opening to a little balcony hanging over the desert and the sea. There are fireplaces in each room . A magnificent space. It was used for elaborate parties, and still is on occasion. Most recently hosted a Valentine party for forty

It sits alongside a 50 x 50 foot mosaic tiled swimming pool with 10,000 square feet of poolside terrace and features two large fountains.

Custom made rugs, tiles and artifacts make this thatch roofed casa a Baja showplace. The bedroom features a romantic king sized canopy bed, with a fabulous ocean view and a private balcony.. Off the bedroom is a half bath with wrap-around windows revealing the same remarkable view.

The large living room has satellite TV, a large saltwater aquarium, comfortable stuffed furniture, an 11 foot dining table and an oriental day bed. It opens right out onto the pool area, and looks out over the terrace balconies to the ocean.

The full kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc.

A huge aqua tiled bathroom off the living area features a mosaic tiled sunken tub, walk-in shower and large vanity.

Rate: $525 USD per night (plus 13% local tax)
